What's in the Student Leadership Program?

Students gain a Christ-centered vision for influencing their family, school, and community.

Team building activities and fellowship are designed to establish unity, brotherhood, sisterhood, and camaraderie among the delegates. Students and advisors learn effective ways to act in order to influence culture within the school.

Strategic Planning for Significant Influence

Leadership teams develop a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) and a doable strategic plan for influencing the school and to make a difference in the community.

The speakers and leaders will guide the student leaders in a strategic planning process, at the end of which, the school leadership team will have clearly stated goals, strategies and steps to attain goals and create effective significant, lasting influence in school & community.
