June 01, 2017
Dear School Leader Colleagues,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
I am pleased to invite you, dear school heads, principals, administrators, and your other management staff to the 2017 ACSI EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT (ELS), JULY 3 & 4, 2017 at the BETHEL INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, PALO, LEYTE.
The ELS centers on LEADING: FROM MISSION TO VISION TO STRATEGY. Last year, we focused on Leaders with a Purpose. This year, we aim to align all our actions and strategies towards realizing our purpose.
“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”
• Purpose guides you. Your purpose statement articulates why you do what you do, why your organization exists, and why you serve a higher purpose (your cause).
• Vision is where you aspire to be. Your vision statement is where you will be in the distant future, the results you want to achieve, or the measurable impact you want to make. Vision aligns leaders and followers. It is an ongoing process of aligning your mission to your purpose. Vision keeps you on course, to fulfill your purpose.
• Impact is what matters: What are the strategic goals that align with your purpose, and what are the measurable results of achieving your vision?
One of our key speakers is Pastor Boris Joaquin, President and Chief Equipping Officer of Breakthrough Leadership who is also the National Representative and Master Trainer of Lead Like Jesus. The line-up of our other guests will be announced in the ACSI website www.acsiphils.org
