Dr. Lolita Andrada

ACSI PhilippinesDr. Lolita M. Andrada is a former Director IV of the Bureau of Secondary Education, Department of Education. Concurrently she served as the Project Manager of the Secondary Education Development and Improvement Project (SEDIP). She initiated the adoption of standards in the basic education curriculum and the focus on teaching and assessing for understanding and transfer as key features of the curriculum reform in secondary education. She chaired the modeling of the Senior High School Program of DepEd. She has published various articles in education journals and other publications. She has a Ph.D. inEducation from the University of South Australia and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Philippines. At present, she is one of the Phoenix Publishing House Educational Foundation consultants.

Ms. Therese Amita R. Dela Cruz is the Service management Head and Testing Unit Head of the Asian Psychological Services and Assessment (APSA), Inc. She served as the Basic Education Counselor at Southville International School and Colleges.
She is pursuing currently a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the De La Salle University. She obtained her master’s degree in Counseling with high distinction from St. Scholastica’s College, Manila. She conducts seminars and workshops on classroom management, counseling education, and counseling program development.

Dr. Liberty Nolasco

Liberty Nolasco is the Chief Operating Officer of the Asian Psychological Services and Assessment (APSA) Inc.

She has a doctorate degree in Public Administration and Governance, a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree on Development Studies. She has taught in the academe for 11 years and developed textbooks. She has 12 years of involvement in advocacy-based collaborative research for education reforms and organizational ethics. She occasionally writes column articles in leading newspapers.

May I invite all of you, dear Teachers, to attend the 2017 ACSI National Teaching and Learning Conference (TLC) on July 6 & 7, 2017 at the Bethel International School, Palo, Leyte?

We are 17 years into the 21st century and we need to redefine, redesign, and reimagine how we want to fulfill our calling of being teachers. We are already in the midst of ASEAN integration and the full implementation of the Philippine K to 12 curriculum. We need to continue to make quality Christian education a priority in and out of our classrooms. We need to get together and share and collaborate with one another. Today. Now.
